Florida at 60%…make that 75% trading Top Pick. Vancouver?

A few hours ago I was told the Panthers are 60% trading the pick...that there had been a change in strategy in Florida...now I am told 75%. The race is afoot!

Hearing the Canucks are a definite possibility.
